This interactive three-month course will serve as your guide and support in you rediscovering a healthy and compassionate relationship to your mind, your body, your relationships, and your life so that you can really shift and create the life you want.

Drawing on recent research in the fields of integrative medicine, positive psychology, mindfulness, nutrition, and behavior change, Carley integrates her experiences as a life coach, research consultant, and long time practitioner and teacher of mindfulness in the Mindfully Nourished course. Carley is the founder of Intuitive Wellness and works as an integrative life coach and wellness consultant with individuals and worksite organizations.
